May I say thank you agian for the above and beyond services you have provided in my purchase. This escrow must set a record for overcoming problems caused by the many parties to the sale. (How about 24 hours from final contract to close of escrow?)
Besides the usual buyer and seller to bring together, you had to negotiate the full involvement of two huge lending companies. Their incompetence and disrespect was eye opening for me. I could only stay involved because of your patient repeated responses to their Godot-like requests.
In the end, I'm sure the sellers join me in the high esteem you earned for keeping this all together. We recognize the many sacrifices on your part and extra effort that made this sale possible.
I am happy to recommend you to all buyers or sellers of homes.

Steve Roque and Jan Meyer are professional, experienced Real Estate Agents. I've used them four times, twice as a buyer and twice as a seller. As a buyer in a tight market, they got me what I wanted at an acceptable price. As a seller when the market was not so generous, again they got me the best price.
Their experience may go somewhat unnoticed as it comes in the timely execution of inspections and preparation of all necessary paperwork. They know how to deal with the party across the table and the deal goes through without a hiccup. They always monitor their answering service and email. My questions have never gone unanswered.
I've looked into discount services and was hard pressed to find someone with more than two years experience.
If you're a buyer, Steve and Jan are a must. They know just the right price to make sure you get what you want. If you're a seller, well I believe you get what you pay for. I've yet to meet someone who has paid one percent.
This is probably the most important transaction of your life, don't discount it. Experience and professionalism are a must and you've got it with Steve and Jan.

In my experience working with Mr. Roque, he has proved to be knowledgeable and competent in the process of a 1031 exchange. Mr. Roque has been very involved in the exchange transactions from start to finish and makes every attempt to keep all parties informed as to the progress of each of the properties involved in the exchange. Mr. Roque has continuously exhibited a proactive attitude and thorough follow-through during the course of the exchange process. The 1031 Exchange process can be difficult at times, and therefore requires the client to have competent representation at all times in the transaction. I feel that Mr. Roque is a great example of a representative who still believes in superior service to his clientele.
